When do changes to visibility take effect?

Changes to your visibility settings are applied directly to your public Filmmakers Europe profile. Changes to your visibility settings are typically synced to the casting directors' systems about five minutes after you make your last change. If you make further changes, this timeframe will shift accordingly.

If, after a change, the video is no longer published with a visible showreel or a visible link, it will, of course, disappear not only from your public Filmmakers Europe profile but also from your profile in all Filmmakers systems used by casting professionals. Separate rules apply to existing client proposals (i.e., when a video is currently being discussed by a casting director with a client, such as a director or producer). In this case, the video remains available for the casting director’s approval for the production until the production has been cast. After that, it is removed from there as well.
