If I already have a Spotlight profile, will the price be adjusted automatically?

No, if you already have a Spotlight profile and activate the Spotlight Add-On through Filmmakers, the price of your existing Spotlight Membership will not be automatically adjusted.

There will also be no offsetting or crediting of any contributions paid.
