How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Please note that we can no longer offer you the discounted conditions of an older contract if you cancel your subscription and sign up again at Filmmakers at a later date.

  1. Log in to Filmmakers . You will find the "Subscription" section on your dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Invoice details" link.

  3. On the next page you will see a form to enter your updated payment information. There is also an option to cancel your subscription here.
